Eligibility: All employees 21 years of age that have completed 6 months of service are eligible to participate in the plan and may enter the plan at the start of each month. You can create an account and enroll using the link above.
Lextant Safe Harbor Match:
The company will now match you 100% of the first 3% and 50% on the next 2% you contribute to the 401(k) plan. If you contribute at least 5%, you automatically get 4% from Lextant.
Economic and Market Outlook:
As of July 2022, the overall economic signal is still positive but weakening. Rising interest rates, high inflation, the Russia/Ukraine conflict, supply chain issues and rising oil prices are impacting corporate and consumer bottom lines. Expect a choppy stock market for most of 2022 with a slight upward trend towards the end of the year as inflation starts to subside.
